The term interconnected is certainly bantered about frequently within self-realization conversations…I use it often myself.  However, like everything, there is a significant difference between having an intellectual concept of it as opposed to having an experienced-based knowing of it. Right?!

In quantum terms, interconnectedness would be called “entanglement.”  Here’s the definition of quantum entanglement: “Quantum entanglement is a physical phenomenon that occurs when pairs or groups of particles are generated or interact in ways such that the quantum state of each particle cannot be described independently — instead, a quantum state must be described for the system as a whole.”  So now that you have an intellectual concept of entanglement/interconnectedness, let’s personalize it.

Using the example of low back pain, I’m sure a few us know about that?  I sure have had my share of it in the past.

A study, recently published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, conducted by the Seattle-based nonprofit health care organization, Group Health Research Institute, researched the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) as a low back pain treatment.

They found that practicing what they term as “mindfulness meditation” significantly reduced low back pain.

Here’s why…now we get to the interconnectedness part of it.

In previous columns I’ve shared about the significance of the heart and belly brain (spleen chakra) connection.  Now I want to add the solar plexus area to the equation.

Remember, as Dr. Bruce Litpon has stated, about 95% of our energetic transmission/reception (feelings and thoughts) are unconscious.  Most go through their daily routine completely unaware of their fear/anger energetic undercurrent, accepting it as their norm.  What this does is throw the body’s Autonomic system into the stress mode, which in turn creates a cascade effect of physical reactions.

Back to the belly brain and solar plexus connection to low back pain…the belly brain contains over a 100 million neurons and is the body’s primary receiver of electro-magnetic frequencies.  When it is plugged into predominantly receiving fear/anger frequencies, it signals everything within and around it to tighten up…including the low back muscle.

The solar plexus area has a few quantum biological components; however for now let’s only focus on the diaphragm.  The diaphragm is a dome-shaped structure of muscle and fibrous tissue that separates the thoracic cavity from the abdomen.  It is located under the ribcage and stretches down to connect to…L1 and L2!

So, when we run the fear/anger frequency bandwidth our belly brain tightens the low back area, pulling it down.  Meanwhile the diaphragm, triggered by solar plexus fear/anger stimulation, tightens and pulls the low back area up!  Ever hear of being pulled apart by the “rack”?

So, this is just one example of our energetic interconnectedness. Obviously, there is more to this.  However, I hope at least I’ve provided yet another reason to motivate us to be aware of the frequencies we run…fear/anger or Joy/Love?

I guarantee you that your body will be happier with the Joy/Love option!

We are all One.  When I embrace Joy/Love, it ripples through all Consciousness, the same way it does when you choose Joy/Love.

And…thus WE create the Shift!

How powerful we collectively are when we individually shift our focus from fear to Love…from anger to Joy!
