The Divine Heart Coherence™ Meditation 21-Day Challenge is an ongoing opportunity to receive support and encouragement throughout your self-realization journey.  Once you complete your first 21-day meditation challenge, you choose whether to initiate a second 21-day meditation challenge or take a break and join in again later.

I created the meditation technique, Divine Heart Coherence™, based upon my quantum biology research, to address the energetic actuality of our body.  It empowers you to shift your frequency range…anytime, anywhere.  You chose what you want…more fear/anger or more Joy/Love.

This energy-shifting technique allows for a very expansive meditation experience.  It will naturally quiet the mental “chatter” if practiced with intention.

Remember, our body reacts the same to the imagined as it does to the “real.”  If you doubt that try this, close your eyes and fully imagine a lemon wedge in front of you…smell it, see it in your imagination.  Now imagine biting into the juicy lemon wedge.  Notice how your saliva glands respond and that there is a natural “puckering” reaction to the “sourness.”

When we fully engage in the imagined feeling all else responds as if the experience is happening in the Now Moment.

How To Participate

 

1. Be willing to commit to 21 consecutive days of meditating a minimum of 15 minutes per day using the Divine Heart Coherence™ Meditation technique.

2. For each 21-day challenge, commit to setting an intention.  The intention can be the same or different for each 21-day challenge segment.  For example, your intention could be simply to daily feel more self-appreciation. As part of your commitment to your own expansion, please share your intention with the Facebook group.

3. Post your 21-day meditation challenge start and end dates in the Facebook group, along with your intention for it.

4. Monday, Wednesday and Friday Facebook group posts are dedicated to sharing your successes and insights.

5. Tuesdays and Thursdays Facebook group posts are dedicated to sharing your challenges and for requesting support.

Tips

 

To receive the most benefit from this meditation, I recommend using headphones and something to cover your eyes. The point is to remove as much physical world distraction in support of deeper inner focus.

Since I meditate sitting up cross-legged, I use a sleep mask with the elastic band to keep it in place.  You could also tie a scarf around your head with the same result.  If you usually meditate laying down, an eye pillow would work well.
